Most things that need a doctor happen outside office hours. Dr Kevin Navarro Gera consults by video from 8am to midnight, seven days a week: a Saturday night, a Sunday morning, the evening before a flight.
How soon is now
When the doctor is free he answers within minutes. When he is with another patient you wait in line and your phone rings at your turn — the app shows where you are in the queue rather than leaving you guessing. If nobody can take the call you are told straight away, and nothing is charged.
The fee is the same at any hour: €25, settled at Potter's Pharmacy when you collect.
How a consultation works
- Open the app or the website and give your name and email once. There is no password to remember.
- Say in a line or two what is wrong. A photo often helps — a rash, a swelling, a test result.
- Call. Dr Kevin Navarro Gera answers within minutes when he is free; otherwise you wait in line and your phone rings at your turn.
- Anything he writes up afterwards reaches you in the app and by email, usually within minutes.
- The €25 is settled at Potter's Pharmacy when you collect. Nothing is taken from a card during the call.
